I’ve been trying to lose weight, without much success. Maybe I’ll draw a butterfly when im hungry so i don’t eat.

People have different reasons for me it’s either relief from overwhelming emotions or at times, aesthetic. Trouble is, I think an idea like “Don’t kill the butterfly” could add further emotional pressure to someone who is already overwhelmed and not calm.
How does the One Direction guy figure into this? Did he say something about cutters, or is he himself a cutter?
